Q: How can I get in contact with you?

Q: Is your site safe and secure?

Yes, our site is 100% secure. We use 128-bit SSL, the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.

Q: How does this style of shirt fit?

Because each shirt is printed for you make sure to check out the sizing chart. 

We have provided sizing charts on our garments to help eliminate the sizing errors.

Not all items fit the same. Please clearly read the product description and notes!

In the title description there should also be an indication if it is a ladies, women's, or junior's fit. If none of those words are present in the product title it is going to be a unisex/men's sizing.

Q: Why does my shirt smell funny?

This is a very rare occasion, but if your shirt has a bit of a smell to it, the smell is an organic vinegar based pretreatment for DGT (direct to garment) printing that is necessary for the ink to set in correctly.

The pretreatment that smells like vinegar is only used on products that have a high polyester content such as 50/50 blends and 100% polyester. (very few)

It will go away once you wash (make sure to do so inside out)

Q: My order doesn't look exactly like your picture?

Because we offer many different styles and designs all our images are digitally mocked-up on the actual garment it will print on. The file you see on the shirt is the exact file we use to print. There will be some variances in colors of the digital print design and the actual garment color. We cannot print in neon or really bright colors it will be printed via DTG (direct to garment) using CMYK values.

Q: The softball print isn't as bright as the picture on your product page?

All of our designs are digitally mocked up on the product garment we print on. Colors will slightly vary. We print via DTG (direct to garment/digital print) using the exact file you see in the mockup. With the CMYK values they will not look exactly like you see on screen because we cannot print in neon/lime. It will be a yellow with a slight greenish tint to it. 

Q: I received a shipping notification but it wasn't for my whole order?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Q: I'm interested in a bulk order?

We can do bulk orders. Please contact us at sportsmom@sportsmomshop.com with your request.

Q: I'm interested in a custom design?

We love catering to all the Sports Moms out there and if you have a design you would like adjusted for a group or something specific, send us an email we would love to work with you!

Q: When can I expect my items?

Depends on the item purchased for processing and delivery.

Our clothing is Print to Order and moves into the production phase within 6 hours after purchase.

Most shirts ship within 3-5 business days from the time your ordered sometimes sooner. *If you are still waiting for your order please trust us as we will make sure you are taken care of no matter what in the end.

We have certain items we fulfill quicker and ship within 2-4  business days from the time you place your order.

Items that have a longer expected delivery will be mentioned on the product description.

Q: How much is shipping?

Shipping and Handling charges vary on what product you are ordering.

Order $75 or more and receive free shipping.

Q: I didn't receive an Order Confirmation Email after my order?

If you have not received an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam Folder.  If you did not receive it, please feel free to contact us.

Q: What is the Return/Exchange Policy?

Please note, all jewelry sales are final and no refunds will be given. If your product arrives with a defect please contact us within 30 days from receipt of order.

A restocking fee may be added to certain items.

Our Clothing products are Print to Order making the exchange policy different than other stores. You pick your design and shirt style and we print and ship.

Once the product moves into the production phase, which is within 12 hours, we are no longer able to cancel an order. Please look over your order before purchasing or as soon as you do so we can adjust any discrepancies.

Once you receive your order you have 30 days from receipt of order to contact us about an issue with an order. If you have a sizing issue we can not offer you a refund or exchange as each garment is specially printed for our customers. This is how we are able to offer as many designs as we do. We provide sizing charts with each style of product to help eliminate sizing errors.

For discrepancies in print or damage to the product see below.

Anything, that also has personalization on it we cannot return or reprint for reasons other than defect in materials or workmanship.

We will do our best to work to make sure you are 100% happy.

DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY PRINT

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. 

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
